To achieve the highest quality print possible, we kindly ask that all photos provided are high-resolution, clear and in focus. The quality of your finished keepsake can only be as good as the image supplied.
For the best results, please ensure your photo:

✨ Has not been heavily filtered or edited.
✨ Has enough space around the subject if background removal is requested.
Please note that low-resolution, blurry or pixelated images may result in a print that appears soft or unclear. Unfortunately, while we can make minor enhancements where possible, we cannot recreate detail that isn't present in the original photograph.
